Blind Benny Believes 'All Bad Boys Go To Heaven'
If you believe in something and stick to your guts, that’s great. However, like the saying goes: only fools don’t change their minds. And alternative rock band Blind Benny has a different belief about how misbehaved boys can actually face a better destiny after death - per se - in their latest single titled ‘All Bad Boys Go To Heaven'.
Performed by the group’s singer/songwriter JVDE, “All Bad Boys go to Heaven” is JVDE’s version of an anthem regarding the “perfect” relationship that society tells us we are all entitled to. The song reflects on the failure of past relationships with frustration and vulnerability, yet still nurtures the hope that her equal exists. Hope is the keyword here. As long as we have it, nothing can bring us down to accomplish whatever we want to attain.
The song has a certain soulful vibe you will sense, especially in the second chorus towards the song’s climax point. JVDE did an impeccable job displaying her high and smooth vocals with such grace. Prepare to be amazed! If you’re convinced and enchanted by JVDE’s voice after listening to this song, you too will probably ask yourself if all the bad boys on earth go to heaven after this.
Comprised of four amazing artists from different backgrounds ( Jewish, Haitian, and Puerto Rican heritage) ; Blind Benny is an alternative rock band that could only be created in New York City. The band’s genre-hopping sound layers rhythmic guitar hooks and tribal drums under celestial vocals with pop melodies. Think Fleetwood Mac if it was teeming with minorities.
There is much more we can expect from this talented band. As the year is only starting and we’re hearing already some great music from Blind Benny, we ask that you be on the lookout for any upcoming project from them. Available on any music platform such as Spotify and Youtube!
