When a US producer teams up with a Dutch singer, a lot of good things can happen with the final results. That is quite a fact with New Jersey native Waju and talented Dutch artist Aiya. Their latest work together titled 'Don't Rush' speaks volume of their talents.

Flirting around the topic of patience and self-restraint, "Don't Rush" can be understood at multiple levels - from physical to emotional, and everything in between. Plus, the vocals heard by Aiya in this track are incredible. Raspiness combined with elegance make a splendid combination when you listen to her voice.

Inspired by so many music genres, Waju displays his skills with some great flavors and delivering a very impressive instrumental and a smooth sailing beat. Seamlessly blending indie folk type guitar riffs with a downtempo trap beat, the collaborative single brings a little of everything to the table, blending electronic, pop and RnB influences which accumulate in the euphoric chorus.

WAJU started his career producing for others such as Teflon Sega, NYNE, Saint Jhn, Shirazee, and more. Shortly after releasing his own records, the producer, songwriter and now artist is slowly growing into something special. With his iconic downtempo, ambient, cinematic sound which a splash of euphoric 808s to compliment every chorus drop, WAJU has built a name for himself as an internationally sought after artist and producer, collaborating with artist's such as New Jersey's NBDY, Australian singer NYNE, The Netherlands' AIYA, and NY-based, Allen Kingdom collaborator Jared Evan.

As for Aiya, aka Aïscha Traïdia, she is signed to CTM publishing and is based in Amsterdam. Born in Haarlem, The Netherlands, the talented songstress is of Algerian and Dutch descent. Her father, Karim Traïdia, is a notable film director and her mother Bernadette Traïdia, works at ABC architect center of Haarlem.

AIYA is a raspy-voiced singer whose music has been described as alternative pop r&b. AIYA writes most of her lyrics and collaborated with producers Juno Who, WAJU to achieve her sound. Ladies and gentlemen, Waju and Aiya are to watch for in 2018!
