Watch Out For... Rashaann
Being grateful is an important element of growing up as a human being. For up-and-coming rapper Rashaann, the process of wanting something and getting it after some hard work and luck is something to never take for granted. One of his latest single titled ''Pray For This'' is a very humbling track you just have to listen.
Part of his debut mixtape named ''No Previews'', - which was released earlier this year - ''Pray For This'' is the very first single Rashaann decided to expose to the public. Produced by collaborator Poetic Junior, the song speaks volumes on the concept of gratefulness. It discusses how being grateful or not can affect your life and your surroundings without you realizing it. The track also touches themes of striving and praying for something difficult to obtain, and showing appreciation for idols.
Featured in the song are Meraki Anoir in the singing chorus and Tony Raleigh on the background vocals.
The 22-year old rapper, songwriter, producer, and screenwriter is originally from Harlem, NY but currently residing in Atlanta. He was ultimately introduced to music by his parents; his father was an aspiring R&B singer and his mom is a music/entertainment lover. You could say music runs through his veins and DNA.
With a nice song like this one, auditors can appreciate more music from Rashaann on his mixtape ''No Previews'', available on all streaming sites including Spotify. For more details, the project can be found at the following link: ffm.to/nopreviews
